 Programme Highlights:
Disputes in the Construction Industry are obvious. Court cases are expensive and time consuming. The application of mediation and arbitration is ever growing to resolve the disputes in the Construction Industry much simpler and faster.

Speaker:
Prof. Francis Law is the President of Hong Kong Mediation Centre (HKMC), Founding Chairman of several Mediation and Arbitration related associations and Past Chairman of Asian Mediation Association (AMA).  Prof. Law is serving on the mediator and arbitrator panels of over 25 regions/countries. From 2012 to 2018, he was appointed by the Secretary of Justice of Hong Kong as the member of many government mediation related committees or sub-committees. He is an experienced Mediator, Arbitration, Risk Manager, Advocate and, Negotiator and has presented over 60 pieces of articles and books in Dispute Resolution and Risk Management (Please refer to attachment for details)
