Speaker: Mr. Raymond Cheung –Chief Executive of Hong Kong Certification Services International Limited. .

Mr. Raymond Cheung is a civil engineer in primary discipline and involve in other engineering disciplines with expertise to apply management systems.  Owing to his extensive experience in auditing and certification practice, he is appointed by the HKSAR Government as a representative in various ISO Technical Committees.  As an official representative in these committees, first- hand information and development trend of specific standards can be easily obtained through the communication with the International Organization of Standardization (ISO).   Besides that, he has actively engaged in talks and training courses in relation to the development of ISO management systems for over 20 years.  So, his presentation normally bears some academic research findings and application highlights in the implementation of standards.
