special time of epidemic, many people experience various degree of stresses and
adaptations. These adjustments may be difficult for some people, who may not

oneself and motivation for a change.
This lecture will raise one’s awareness about self-compassion and
wellness, list a variation of this approach in music therapy with its benefits,
and outline some positive outcomes from these practices.
