Speaker: Ir LAM Chi sing

Ir LAM is an Engineer and safety practitioner by profession. He has worked with Civil and building construction industry for more than 46 years. He is now working as freelance consultant responsible for mandatory building inspection and safety consultant in the construction industry. He was well experience in building construction projects with inclusion of plumbing and drainage installation inspection, materials approval on-site testing and maintenance work. He has also experience in conducting safety audit in the building construction and maintenance with inclusion of safety operating processing of plumbing works under the Housing Authority Safety Auditing Scheme (HASAS).

Programme Highlights

The talk will focus on the understanding of the basic requirements on safety laws

(了解香港有關基本安全法例); Identify the trade work activities and their risk assessment on work activities (辨認行業工種活動, 風險評估); safety precautions on work process (工作活動的安全預防措施) and Case study (案件研究).

Registration & Enquiries

The talk would be entertained for HKIE members and Licensed Plumber (LP) members. The talk is free of charge. Registration is required. Please fill the application before on 30 May 2022. Confirmation will be made through email. This seminar is approved from WSD for LP Voluntary CPD Scheme. Extra credit will be given to the LP on their CPD programme. For physical, the maximum no. of participants is 15. For Zoom meeting, the participants no. would be limited to 300. Please contact Mr Benjamin Lam at bencamay1119@gmail.com for enquiry. Attendance Certificate of 4 CPD hrs will be issued within 3 weeks after completion of the seminar. Applicants please fill the Googles Form. If applicant is an LP, please fill with LP number for record.
