Highlight
Collaboration on
complex projects is incredibly hard work. Design, constructability, and field
issues are shared across project phases and need to be easily accessible and
actionable from team to team. Disconnected issues can lead to significant
schedule delays and costly rework. To ensure successful project delivery,
construction teams need an easy-to-use platform that speeds up issue resolution
on a common data environment (CDE). Standardized and centralized data collection
from design through operations provides foundation for analytics. Stakeholders
gain visibility into high-risk issues that can impact project cost, schedule,
quality, and safety. Join this session to learn how Cloud paves the way for
efficient construction project management.
