Guest Speaker

Mr. Choi Lai Ming has over 40 years’ experience in waterworks industry. He is a retired Water Supplies Department Senior Inspector with 38 years of post-qualification service, of which including construction of waterworks, water main laying and connections, technical audit of contract works, supervision of reservoir safety works and training of departmental staff. He has been a Grade 1 Licensed Plumber since 1990.
