Seminar on Revamping and New Route of Associate Membership

Programme Highlights:   
In the last few years, there has been a growing discussion on the positioning of Associate Membership within HKIE’s membership structure and how Associate membership could be made more attractive for Graduate Members of HKIE and Engineering professionals who are not members of HKIE.  During the current session, the Council of HKIE had approved new policies regarding Associate membership that should help to recruit many more Associate members.  
This seminar will start with an introduction by Ir Barry Lee, President of HKIE for session 2023-2024 about the Council’s decisions on the revamping Associate membership and the new route for applying for Associate membership. 
Mr. Indi Wong, Immediate Past Chairman of Associate Members Committee for this session, will then talk about the details of these two topics. and this would be followed up by a short Q&A session.

All are welcome. The number of the participants at HKIE venue is limited to 20 and the limit for online participants is 100. Application will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be closed on 20 April 2024 or when all places are filled up. Attendance certificate will be delivered to the designated participants who have fulfilled attendance requirements of not less than 3/4 of the total duration.
