Programme
Highlights:
This seminar will cover a variety of water valves used from buildings to
reservoirs in Hong Kong, including gate valves, butterfly valves, pressure
reducing valves, air valves, and discharge valves, etc. Its aim is to provide
an overall understanding on working principles of different valves, their
standards and specifications. The programme will also highlight the importance
of adhering to WSD specification in valve selection, installation, and
maintenance. The speaker will share the valuable experience of cases and
examples. It is hoped that participants can develop an ability to make informed
decisions by applying the guidelines presented in this seminar.
Guest Speaker:
Mr. Wilson Fung
Mr Fung graduated from Nottingham Trent University and obtained his
bachelor degree of engineering. He is the Director of Well Group (HK) Ltd.
which is one of the suppliers of the WSD. Mr Fung possesses abundant working
knowledge in water valves and is also a specialist in the automatic meter
reading (AMR) system and the polyethylene pipes for water supply. His company
has completed several projects related to both AMR and using HDPE pipework
applications.

Registration
