Programme Highlights:
TECH FREE Air Conditioning Manufacturing Ltd (东莞骏科空调制造有限公司) was founded in 2001. With more than 20-year experience in designing
and manufacturing HVAC products, TECH FREE products are widely distributed to
the Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and overseas countries, such as Singapore,
Bangladesh, Indonesia, the United States and Philippines. The Factory has developed
and produced green products for years to contribute its effort on environmental
protection, such as Dual Cooling Heat Recovery Unit, Fresh Air Dehumidifier,
Heat Pipe etc. TECH FREE keeps pace on technology evolution to achieve Precise,
Stable, Durable & Energy Saving. In this visit, the manufacturer will
introduce its products, relevant national standards, plant and testing facilities to the participants, followed by the
guided tour including the show room, the integrated performance laboratory and
production lines for different products. All participants will have an
opportunity of technical exchange with the manufacturer.

CPD Recognition for Property Management Practitioners 
This is an “Official” and “Non-core” activity under the CPD Scheme of the
Property Management Services Authority. Holders of Property Management
Practitioner Licence may receive a maximum of 5 CPD hours by participating in the activity.

The number of the participants is 30. Prior application is required and the priority will be given to
Associate Members. Application will be accepted on a first-come, first-served
basis, and will be
closed on 20 July 2024 or
when all places are filled up. For
registration, please complete the online enrolment form at HERE. . The
successful applicant will be notified by email for confirmation and settlement
of the registration fee (if applicable).
