Highlights:
With the
increasing use of steels for building works and infrastructure projects, high
quality of structural steels are demanded in the construction market. Peak Kong
Special Steel Technology (Guangdong) Co. Ltd. has been specialising in processing the high strength steels since its
establishment. This
activity will give an opportunity to visit a high strength steel processing
plant in Dongguan. The operator will introduce the material properties of high strength steels such as S690/S960 and its
application in infrastructure projects as well as the automatic laser welding. A
guided tour will also be provided
to all participants to see the manufacturing and testing facilities.
