Programme Highlights:
Since 2023, the smart site safety system (4S) has been implemented in
the public works contracts with the sum over 30 million dollars. The success of
the smart site safety system relies on the communication network. This seminar
will introduce 5G communication and how to set up the communication network in
construction sites. The speakers will present the connectivity of some corresponding
component devices such as IoT sensors, video cameras, and will elaborate the application
of smart watches in the 4S aspect.

Mr Lam has over a decade of work experience in telecom sector. Sam
has a wealth of knowledge in 5G, IoT and smart city technologies. He provides end-to-end solutions tailor-made for clients.
Mr Roger Yiu, Founder of Team Concepts
Serving Fortune 500 and listed companies across Construction,
Utilities, Mining industries, and Smart Cities development for government
departments, Mr Yiu focuses on AIoT Worker Digital Management, Safety, Life and
Health Monitoring. As a Serial Entrepreneur with EE background, Roger has 10+
years IoT R&D and manufacturing experience, sole inventor of 10+ patents,
awarded 2nd place of Global Youth Entrepreneurship Forum, Gold Award for HK
PropTech Solutions of the Year (Safety), Bronze Award for GBA 5G Application
& Innovation Challenge.
