Programme Highlights:
Fire
safety audit is a systematic and comprehensive
evaluation of a building, facility, or premises to assess its level of
compliance with fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices. The
audit is conducted by qualified fire safety
professionals. This
seminar will review different types of fire safety audit, application of fire
engineering approach, implementation of fire safety audit. The speaker will illustrate with local requirements and
Australian standard. Finally, he will share case study with audiences.

Albert is the Director of Fire Safety Consultants Limited. He has over 25 years of contracting and consultancy experience in building
services and fire engineering for various types of building and infrastructure projects in Hong
Kong and Australia. His specific areas of interest include performance-based
fire engineering techniques, cost effective fire safety solutions, fire safety
audit, fire expert for legal issues, hot smoke tests, mechanical service and
fire safety systems, smoke control systems, interpretation of building codes
and regulations, simulation modelling of fire and evacuations.

participants is 110, including 10 physical attendance. Free of charge for HKIE members and $50
registration fee for non-HIIE members. Priority will be given to associate
members. Application will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be
closed on 7 January 2025. Attendance certificate will be delivered
to the designated
participants who have requested and fulfilled
