Seminar on Water Treatment and Control Technology in Cooling Towers & Boilers

Programme Highlights:  

Good water treatment is essential to the proper operation of cooling towers and can prevent the outbreak of legionnaire’s diseases. Technological solution could assist designers, installers and operators to achieve the positive results. This seminar will review the benefits brought from the use of the cooling towers and the common treatment methods. The speaker will further introduce the smart control technology and discuss its application for cooling towers as well as boilers with adoption of IoT. He will also provide some case sharing to the audiences.

Mr Ben Wong   

Ben is the Sales Manager of Iwaki Pumps Limited. He has over 10 years of experience in water treatment and building services in Hong Kong and China.

Registration & Enquiries:

The number of the participants is 110, including 10 physical attendance. Free of charge for HKIE members and $50 registration fee for non-HKIE members. Priority will be given to associate &  environmental divisional members. Application will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be closed on 21 February 2025. Attendance certificate will be delivered to the designated participants who have requested and fulfilled attendance requirements not less than ¾ of the total duration.
