NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Associate Members Committee will be held on Wednesday, 7 May 2025 at 6:30pm at Chun Wo and Hsin Chong Rooms, the HKIE Headquarters, 10/F Island Beverley, No 1 Great George Street, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, for the following purposes:

1.          To receive and confirm the Minutes of the 33rd AGM.

2.          To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Committee for Session 2024/2025.

3.          To receive and adopt the Financial Statement of the Committee for Session 2024/2025.

4.          To elect the Chairman and Members of the Committee for Session 2025/2026.

In case of adjournment of the AGM, members of the Committee shall check on the Institution’s website at http://www.hkie.org.hk and the Committee’s website at http://amc.hkie.org.hk of the revised venue, time and date for the adjourned AGM.

Nominations for Chairman and Members

Chairman

The outgoing Committee has decided to nominate Mr Patrick LEE Wood Wei for election as the Chairman for Session 2025/2026.

Members

The outgoing Committee has decided to opt for the maximum of 15 Members, and six Members in the Committee shall retire by end of the Session, namely Mr Tommy CHAN Fai Ki, Mr Daniel CHEUNG Pak Fun, Mr LEUNG Kai Chiu, Mr Simon PANG Hin Lam, Mr Johnny SHING Wai Lam and Mr Patrick LEE Wood Wei.

Following the retirement of the above Members, there are eight vacancies for the Members.

The Committee has decided to nominate the following eight candidates for the Members for a three-year term: Mr Tommy CHAN Fai Ki, Mr Kenneth CHAN Tin Chi, Mr Kyle CHEUNG Hok Kiu, Mr Simon PANG Hin Lam, Mr Johnny SHING Wai Lam, Mr Indi WONG Wing Fai, Mr SZE Wing Suen and Mr Sam NG Kwong Sun.
